Contact forms on the Contact page

We use the plugin Contact NINJA FORM (https://contactform7.com).

In accordance with the French law on information technology and liberties (Informatique et Libertés), you can exercise your right to access your data and rectify them by contacting: erc-map@univ-tlse2.fr

The information collected on our contact form is recorded in the site’s database so that we can reply to you. This information is kept for 3 years and will never be shared with third parties or other services. If we receive an email from you stating that you no longer wish to be included in our contacts, we will immediately delete your data from our database.

Newsletter contact forms

In accordance with the French law on information technology and liberties (Informatique et Libertés), you can exercise your right to access your data and rectify them by contacting: erc-map@univ-tlse2.fr

The information collected on the newsletter subscription form is recorded and managed on the SYMPA distribution server of the University of Toulouse -Jean Jaurès, 5 allées Antonio Machado, 31 058 Toulouse Cedex 9. The information that is collected from you is covered by a declaration with the Data Protection department of the University of Toulouse-Jean Jaurès, dpo@univ-tlse2.fr. The legal basis for this declaration is your consent.
If you feel, after contacting us, that your rights regarding your data have not been respected, you are free to file a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/webform/adresser-une-plainte

Cookies

When you sign in, we will implement a number of cookies to save your login information and screen preferences. A session cookie has a lifetime of two days, the lifetime of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember Me”, your session cookie will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the session cookie will be deleted.

If you modify or post an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It simply shows the ID of the article you have modified. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other sites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles…). Content embedded from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were in fact visiting said other site.

WPML

WPML uses cookies to identify the visitor’s current language, the last language consulted and the language of the users who are connected. No information that directly concerns the user will be shared.

WPML Translation Management

WPML Media File Translation will send the email address and name of each assigned manager and translator as well as the content itself to the Advanced Translation Editor and the translation services used.

WPML String Translation

WPML String Translation will send all strings to the WPML Advanced Translation Editor and the translation services used.

Ultimate Member

The information regarding registered users is stored in our website’s database 

The data can be exported or deleted, users must simply request this by email.

Ultimate Member does not send any user data beyond our site.

The Events Calendar

Information about events, places or organisers is kept in the local database:

  • Information on the place: name, address, town, country, state, postcode, telephone number, website, geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude)
  • Information on the event: website, cost, description, date, time, picture

We use certain API keys in order to provide specific functions. These API keys may include the following third-party services: Google Maps, Facebook, Meetup, PayPal and Eventbrite (API key, URL auth and secret client).
