Webmapping

The webmapping interface of the MAP database allows the visualisation of the spatial information of the sources, and also of some testimonies, elements and agents. This information is divided into five levels, from the wider to the narrower scale (Region; Sub-region; Political entity; Location; Site). The tool thus offers the possibility to map the data at different scales and to map results of tailor-made queries of the users.

A specific guide is provided with this tool in order to facilitate its use, as well as tutorials, accessible from the Database website and the MAP project website.
